Oliver Twist- a novel by Charles Dickens.

Students will read the adaptation of the novel by Dickens and will prepare a work about it ; They will have to explore and find out more about child labour in the Victorian time in England and compare with child labour nowadays in some countries of the third world.

The students will use the above link to know more about Dickens and their novels; They will also do the quiz in there. They will choose one of the character in the story and write about it. This task will be presented written and oral. The task is connected with History and Literature. 2nd task :

-. La popularidad de Lazarillo de Tormes hizo que la palabra lazarillo llegase a designar su oficio. ¿De qué se trataba? ¿Sigue usándose hoy el término?

B) Lázaro conoce la pobreza desde niño, en un momento en que el país gozaba de estabilidad política y se enriquecía con la llegada de metales de América. Averigua si era frecuente la mendicidad de España del siglo XVI y que estrato social se veía más afectado.

Cada grupo trabajará con un capítulo del Lazarillo . Recogerá el oficio o trabajo que aparezca y las características de los personajes que lo desempeñan . Se hará una breve introducción de manera general de la información recogida y se recogerán fragmentos del texto que lo ejemplifiquen.

Se hará una presentación a través del Pliego de cordel y se ilustrará con imágenes
